CCA, Manila appoints reputable key and influential industry experts as members of the Program Advisory Committees (PAC) of the school. The key role of the PAC is to provide inputs to course planning, program evaluation and public relations. Course planning includes the provision of inputs on goals and objectives of the program, course content necessary to meet stated goals and objectives, development of new courses and new programs, standards for existing and future instructional facilities, occupational opportunities in the areas served, and long range program planning. Program evaluation aids in a continuous review of the program. The PAC members are expected to provide feedback on the adequacies and inadequacies of the program. The PAC’s role in public relations is to provide an important communication link between the college and potential employers, serve as an advocate on behalf of the sector or program cluster, and provide advice on program public relations.
