Earn a French National Diploma with Solid Worldwide Recognition
A fortuitous partnership between the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA) and the Institute Culinaire Disciplies Escoffier (ICDE), the Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts is a 6-month program under the tutelage of an ICDE Master Chef.
The program has a high 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio that greatly enhances the learning experience through individualized and highly-nuanced training. Students will be assessed and evaluated by master chefs from the French Ministry of Education.

Earn a French Diploma: ICDE diploma and Level 5 Diplome in French cuisine by the Ministry of French Education, have access to the premium network of Michelin star chefs, and impeccable recognition in the culinary industry through the strength of Disciples Escoffier International network.
– At least 21 years old
– AA degree holder or with at least 10 year work experience from any field
– Must be physically fit and able
– Must pass the medical exam to be conducted by a CCA-accredited medical clinic
– Must pass the Admissions Interview
