A partnership between the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA, Manila) and the Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier (ICDE), the Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts is a 6-months program under the tutelage of master chefs. The program boast of a low teacher-to-student ratio that greatly enhances the learning experience through individualized and highly-intensive training. At the end of the program, students will be assessed by officials from the French Ministry of Education as part of their certification.

Entry Requirements
• At least 18 years of age at the time of application
• At least a High school graduate.
