PROFESSIONAL BAKING AND PASTRY ARTS

This is a 9-month intensive program in Pastry and Baking that exposes you to internationally educated and certifiedchef instructors, new Pastry and Baking kitchen facilities and top quality ingredients. This course is aimed to meet the needs of those who wish to attain a thorough knowledge on Baking and Pastry Arts by learning the foundations. The program comprises of 8 modules, the last being a culminating activity wherein you will be able to apply everything you have learned from pastry and baking concepts to entrepreneurial skills.
