CCA Manila offers culinary arts management course
CULINARY school CCA Manila has partnered with the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), for a groundbreaking entrepreneurial management course with a major in culinary arts. The program is a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management Major in Culinary Arts (BSEM-CA), the first of its kind in the country. Aside from kitchen skills, students will learn how to operate a food enterprise and at the same time have the character to survive the competitive field of entrepreneurship.
