Institutional Sales Account Officer

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Institutional Sales Account Officer is expected to meet assigned sales targets. He/she initiates sales campaign efforts to communicate the academic program and all other program offerings.  The Institutional Sales Account Officer maintains high level of customer satisfaction through client relationship management. He/she is also expected to expand the customer base Team up with faculty to relay information on client profile, training needs and gaps needed in the customization process


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Establish a list of prospective institutions and organize client database to make sure the target market segment is reached by the sales campaign
  2. Prepare promotional letters, proposal and contract/memorandum of understanding to clients
  3. Work with the Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager in negotiating packages with clients
  4. Respond to inquiries through phone calls and emails
  5. Utilize various marketing channels (i.e. telemarketing, email, social media and others)
  6. Work with the Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager in doing presentations to prospective clients via zoom platform or other media platforms
  7. Prepare daily and weekly productivity reports
  8. Develop and maintain client relationships through effective representation, and close coordination that is aligned with the CCA values
  9. Establish good rapport with key clients and gather information relevant for the school’s goals and targets
  10. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Incorporated Tasks due to Pandemic and Work from Home set-up:

  1. Assist in facilitating Open Houses, Information Sessions and all other Program Briefings to maintain visibility of CCA, Manila
  2. Assist in facilitating payment of newly enrolled students across all programs and coordinate with Finance Department
  3. Assist in all other online events of CCA, Manila to help promote various programs
  4. Takes the lead in facilitating online classes of existing Institutional Account (TELUS)
  5. Works alongside with Sales and Marketing Team in encoding all inquiries information in Database Tracker across all programs


Job Specifications:

  1. Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Self-confident and aggressive in soliciting accounts, negotiation and persuasion skills, customer service oriented, ability to relate well with people
