This is CCA Manila’s masteral program in partnership with a premier culinary institution, Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier. In 6 months, you will develop a solid foundation in French culinary arts, which is known as the mother of all cuisines. The focal point of this program is the hands-on practical approach under a French masterchef instructor. Each student benefits from multiple recipes and having their own workstation.

Graduates of this program may initially serve as line cooks and chefs de partie in fine dining restaurants. Eventually, the career paths would lead to being a corporate chef, catering chef, fine dining chef, and restaurateur.
