Chef Jasper Versoza is currently a faculty member of CCA Manila & Executive Corporate Chef of Josiah’s Group. He is also the President of American Culinary Federation Manila Chapter. With 16 years in the industry, he has tremendous experience in menu planning, costing, R&D, manpower management, customer service and food safety. He is a 2004 alumni of the school.
