Professional Chef

A simplified course on culinary fundamentals stressing on the theoretical and practical kitchen application.

CCA Manila in partnership with Rouxbe Online Culinary School developed a course that will be helpful to graduates of hospitality and other courses that need to deepen their knowledge and skills in culinary. This intends to cater to students who have work experience but need formal certification and those who cannot physically attend classes. It will also further benefit internships for those that will need industry experience.

Schedule

  • One face-face training and assessment: Every Saturday from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Online consultation sessions for four hours weekly

Add Ons

  • Optional additional courses from Rouxbe
  • Optional local internship

These add ons are all included in the total fee.

Culinary Path:
Graduates of this program may initially serve as line cooks or chefs de partie in distinguished establishments. Eventually, the career paths would lead to being a corporate chef, catering chef, restauranteur, R&D chef, to name just a few.
