Professional Chef Plus

A simplified course on culinary fundamentals stressing on the theoretical and practical kitchen application.

CCA Manila in partnership with Rouxbe Online Culinary School developed a course that will be helpful to graduates of hospitality and other courses that need to deepen their knowledge and skills in culinary. This intends to cater to students who have work experience but need formal certification and those who cannot physically attend classes. It will also further benefit internships for those that will need industry experience.
