This is CCA Manila’s masteral program in partnership with a premier culinary institution, Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier. In 6 months, you will develop a solid foundation in French culinary arts, which is known as the mother of all cuisines. The focal point of this program is the hands-on practical approach under a French masterchef instructor. Each student benefits from multiple recipes and having their own workstation.
