Meet Your Chef Instructor

Chef Kerwin Funtanilla has almost a decade of teaching experience in CCA Manila. He is also a graduate of CCA Manila’s two year program. He has wide range of experience from industry to corporate. He is passionate about making knives and Filipino cuisine.

Chef Jasper Versoza is CCA Manila’s program manager. He has years of experience in Josiah’s Group from catering and restaurants. He loves comfort food and barbecuing meats.
