Many years ago, I was a student at the Center for Culinary Arts Manila. It's where I learned the basics that started my journey as a chef.

You can't learn everything in a classroom. This job takes long hours, hard work, and grit. But having the right foundation matters. That's why this project means a lot to me.

What each
scholar receives.

Full Tuition

Complete tuition for CCA Manila's 6-month Professional Chef Program (₱300,000 value). All 6 modules covered.

Rouxbe Online Access

Access to the Rouxbe Online Platform — the world's leading culinary school — alongside weekly face-to-face training every Saturday.

Weekly Training

Saturday sessions from 2:00 PM–8:00 PM at CCA Manila's QC or BGC Campus, plus 4 hours of weekly online consultation.

Internship Opportunity

Optional internship at Sarsa Kitchen + Bar (Makati) or Kooya Filipino Eatery (Dubai) for qualified scholars post-graduation.

Mentorship from Chef JP

One-on-one mentorship sessions with Chef JP Anglo — virtual or in-person when schedules align.

CCA Alumni Network

Full access to CCA Manila's culinary community, alumni network, and industry connections spanning over 30 years.

How to enter.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Filipino citizen
Based in or willing to relocate to Manila for the full program duration
Fully committed to attendance, kitchen internship, and apprenticeship requirements

Record your intro video

Make a 1–2 minute video introducing yourself. Share who you are as a cook, and tell us why you deserve this scholarship. Be honest. Be yourself.
