Program Overview

The Regional Filipino Cuisine Course takes participants on a hands-on journey through the country's culinary map, from Ilocos to Bangsamoro. Over four sessions, students cook their way through all 16 regions, learning the techniques, ingredients, and stories behind each one's signature dishes.
