Program Overview
The Kitchen Discovery Course is CCA Manila's one-day, hands-on introduction to life in a professional kitchen. Through lectures, live demonstrations, and hands-on cooking and baking stations, participants get a real feel for kitchen discipline, teamwork, and pace. It's also CCA's practical entrance requirement for the Diploma in Culinary Arts and Technology Management (DCATM), so it doubles as a genuine first step for anyone considering culinary school.
