Program Overview

The Professional Baking Program (ProBaking) is CCA Manila's intensive 7 Month Professional Certificate Program that takes students from foundational to advanced baking, with Rouxbe-integrated coursework, hands-on lab training, and a final module where they build and present a full bakery business plan.

Hands-On Experience

Students train in CCA's professional baking labs and put their skills into practice through:

• Full production runs on breads, pastries, and plated desserts
• Costing and yield exercises using real bakery numbers
• Branding, packaging, and pricing work on an original bakery concept
• A capstone business plan built and presented to industry evaluators
