Online Request for Documents: Policies and Guidelines due to COVID-19
- Requests shall be for regular processing only. Expedite processing shall be temporarily unavailable due to limited manpower to produce the documents.
- Regular processing days shall be 15 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, and Christmas break. However, please find instances below which will require longer processing days:
- For declared class and office work suspension due to fortuitous events, the processing days may take 20-30 working days depending on the effects of suspensions.
- For documents that would need accessing old records which were archived or need to be requested from different departments, processing days shall be 60 working days.
- For Duplicate Diploma (request for replacement or duplicate copy), processing shall be 20 working days.
- For three (3) or more documents requested by a student within the same day, processing shall be 30 working days.
- Due to limited manpower and to ensure the safety of our students and office personnel, manual pick-up of documents at CCA Manila is temporarily suspended. Hence, all requests shall be sent via email or courier only.
- The processing period indicated herein is different and distinct from the delivery period which is dependent on the location you have specified in the home address section in the RD-ORF. Kindly expect that delivery of documents via courier may also take another 1 to 2 weeks depending on the delivery area. Delivery fee will be under the account of the student.
- You will receive a notification from our registrar officer once your request is available and ready for release.
- Submitting another request will result in overriding of your previous request.
Note: Due to the high volume of requests, may we seek your kind understanding and patience on any delay that may be experienced with processing and/or delivery of the requested documents, as CCA Manila operates in a limited capacity. Access to CCA campus is still restricted due to the threat of COVID-19 and CCA support service team is currently under work-from-home (WFH) arrangement and on a skeletal workforce schedule.
