This program is the first of its kind in the Philippines, developed by three credible academic institutions respectively specializing in culinary, agriculture and entrepreneurship. The goal is to develop culinary agripreneurs with sound business acumen and a strong understanding of farm to table practices. Ideal for people looking to maximize their farms.
Highlights of the Program
• Understand the culinary foundation.
• Develop strong business acumen from financial literacy, HR principles, cost control and operational strategies.
• Learn farm to table practices from edible gardening, high value crop production, technologies & farm management.
